I’m a semi-normal girl who has struggled with my weight my entire life. I’m pretty sure I’ve been on every diet available, starting in middle school. I’ve lost weight, gained it back, lost weight, gained the glorious Freshman 15 in college, lost way more than that, and gained even more back! I started this blog as a way of journaling my weight loss/stop the yo-yo mission and to keep myself accountable. You’ll see what I eat, how I get my exercise, and random day-to-day stuff as I work on balancing healthy eats, working out, spending quality time with Boyfriend, having a full-time grown-up job, and spending time with our families and friends.
Life isn’t always easy, and things aren’t always perfect or ideal. Here you’ll see how I handle what life throws my way–and that I really do eat chicken and chocolate every day!
